The molding machine mainly makes EPS beads after pre-foaming and aging put to fill the pattern, and finally made into the required foam plastic patTern through steam heating, compression, molding, decompression, water cooling and sizing, demoulding and drying. At present, there are two kinds: screw molding machine and hydraulic molding machine. We can adjust specifications according to mould size. The moulds made by the machine are exact in size, small in the amount of finish, smooth on the outside and superior in quality inside.
